UPDATE: Dresher Physical Therapy Temporarily Closed

Based on Governor Wolf’s announcement this afternoon, Montgomery County is on official  “Stay at Home” orders as of 8:00 pm.  Although physical therapists remain on Pennsylvania’s and the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security’s “essential  critical infrastructure” workforce list, we have as a group made the decision to close our clinics temporarily for the greater good of our patients, staff and community during the COVID-19 crisis.

This is a difficult decision and is made with a heavy heart.  Yet we feel it is ultimately the right thing to do at this critical moment in time. I could not be more proud of my staff during the last few weeks. There has been no panic and no complaining. Only hard work, seriousness of purpose, and deep commitment to our patients and to each other. We will open back up to care for our amazing patients just as soon as it seems prudent. We will rely on state and local officials to assist in the decision-making process and will communicate via email and social media

Stay tuned for another email in 1-2 days regarding options for staying connected with Dresher PT during this down-time. We are committed to our community and have come up with some creative options that we hope you find valuable.

Until then, may you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy during these very challenging  times.

With deep gratitude,

~Matt Seabrook, PT and the entire DPT Team
